Small bruise after lip filler — is this normal?
Client got a small bruise at one injection point after lip filler. No pain, colour looks normal. Just want to sanity-check I'm not missing anything.

Bruising is common and usually settles in a week or two. The key is to always distinguish a simple bruise from vascular compromise — check for blanching, disproportionate pain, dusky/mottled colour and delayed capillary refill. If it's a normal soft bruise with none of those, reassure and offer cool compress.
