Do you give written aftercare, or just verbal?
Do most of you hand out a written aftercare sheet? Feels more professional but wondering what people actually do.
For licensed aesthetic professionals only. Guidance here supports — and never replaces — your clinical judgement. Do not upload identifiable patient data.

Written every time — a leaflet aligned to our course aftercare: no make-up over the area for ~4–8 hours, no alcohol for ~8 hours, avoid strenuous exercise and hot environments (sauna/hot showers) for ~24 hours, don't rub or massage the area, and avoid facials for a couple of weeks. Then clear 'contact me urgently if...' safety-netting (increasing/disproportionate pain, blanching or dusky skin, visual changes, spreading redness). A copy texted to their phone reduces callbacks too.
Same. I text them a copy as well so they have it on their phone.
