Had a consultation where the client wanted a lot of volume in one go. How do you handle this politely without losing the client?

Build gradually — explain that tissue responds better to staged treatment and that natural, balanced results look best and are safer. Show realistic before/afters. It's completely fine (and professional) to decline a request you feel is unsafe or unrealistic; document it.
