Combining toxin and filler in the same appointment — sequence and spacing?
Increasingly doing full-face plans. Do you do toxin and filler in one visit, and if so in what order?

It's completely reasonable to combine, and most experienced injectors do. A sensible approach: • Plan the whole face at consultation, but be clear which problem each product solves — toxin for dynamic lines/muscle activity, filler for volume/structure/static lines. • Common sequence is to place toxin first, then filler, avoiding vigorous massage over freshly-injected toxin areas so you don't spread it. Keep good asepsis throughout. • For anything where you want to judge the toxin result first (e.g. a brow position before deciding on temple/brow filler), it's fine to stage it — toxin now, review at two weeks, filler then. • Document doses, products, batch numbers and injection points for both. There's no single 'correct' order that everyone follows, but toxin-then-filler with no massage over toxin points, and staging when the toxin result informs the filler plan, keeps you safe and predictable.
I stage more than I used to — seeing the brow settle after toxin completely changes some of my temple/brow filler plans.
