Advanced jawline — gonial angle, mandibular body, and staying off the facial nerve/parotid
Jawline is my next step. What's the point/volume plan, and how are you keeping safe around the facial nerve, parotid and facial artery?

How we teach the jawline sequence: 1. Mark the zones (gonial angle, chin, peri-jowl). 2. Gonial angle: deep depot bolus ~0.1–0.2 ml depending on the projection you want. 3. Below the earlobe, direct a cannula towards the gonial angle — mid-to-deep dermal, retrograde linear thread, ~0.3 ml. 4. Along the body of the mandible towards the gonial angle — cannula, mid-to-deep dermal, retrograde linear thread, ~0.5 ml. 5. Shape: place more laterally to masculinise, more inferior-laterally to feminise. 6. Mould gently into shape. Anatomy/safety: the facial nerve and parotid gland are deep structures beneath the SMAS around the posterior ramus — we teach a controlled subdermal plane and careful technique there to stay superficial to them, but respect that individual anatomy varies, so this is not a licence to be casual. The facial artery runs along the anterior border of the masseter, so mind it at the inferior mandibular border. Guide volumes only — assess each patient.

The facial-artery-at-the-anterior-masseter-border reminder is worth tattooing on. Palpate the masseter, know where the notch/vessel sits, and treat the inferior border with respect.
