Who can inject and prescribe in AU? Getting the rules straight
Trying to understand the regulatory setup before I start offering injectables. What are the rules where we are?

In Australia, botulinum toxin is a Schedule 4 prescription-only medicine — you need a valid patient-specific order from an authorised prescriber following a real consultation. Follow current AHPRA cosmetic-injectable guidelines (recent reforms tightened advertising, screening, telehealth and referral requirements). Follow current AHPRA guidance for patients under 18 — additional safeguards and referrals apply. Botulinum toxin and most fillers are prescription-only / regulated products — make sure the paperwork (prescriber, order, records) is right before anyone is injected. When in doubt, check directly with your regulator rather than copying what a course in another country taught.
This is the part people get wrong when they train abroad — the clinical technique travels, the regulatory model does not. Confirm it locally.
